Please buy responsibly. Due to the nature and type of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are not accepting any REFUND/EXCHANGE at this time.
In the case that you received the wrong item, please fill our CONTACT FORM or email us at luxurybydari@hotmail.com, so we can better assist you. Make sure you include your name, order number, and proof/pictures of what items were incorrect.
IMPORTANT: To qualify for exchange, the product MUST NOT have or show any signs of being used and the value of the product should not be affected. We do not accept returned items that are broken or damaged. We therefore advice you to carefully wrap the return product to prevent it from being damaged during transit. If your item follows our policy, you will receive a return shipping label via email to send the items back to us. We will then mail your correct order to you as soon as we receive the returned item.
All orders are packed with care and inspected before shipping. Meanwhile, In the case an item was LOST or DAMAGED during transit please contact ROUTE PROTECTION to file a lost, damage or stole claim.
IMPORTANT: We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that have been reported as DELIVERED BY CARRIER.
