Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped after your payment is received.
When payment for your order is received, we will process and ship your order within 2-5 business days.
These delivery times are an indication, not a guarantee. Longer delivery times than the delivery times indicated here, will not entitle you to compensation, to cancel your order or to revoke your contract of sale.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation including tracking and trace details.
If you entered the wrong address or missed address information, For ex: apartment number, during your order checkout and we are forced to reship your package, please understand that there will be an additional shipping charge equal to your original order.
We are currently shipping orders every Monday, Wednesdays, & Fridays.
Expect delays during holidays, weekends and busy times of the year.
